One of the key activities for the telework program team is to assemble the policies and forms that will provide the framework for the telework program. At a minimum, there should be a Telework Policy and Employee Agreement. The team will not have to create these two fundamental documents entirely from scratch. Guides and templates are found on the toolkit's Resources page.

There are many other policies and forms an organization may want to use; some of which may already exist and only require some review and revision to be sure they also apply to telework and other remote work.
