For a telework program to be successful it needs the support of top management. Even the definition of

Regardless of management's goals, there will most likely be concerns about the risks and costs associated
with initiating telework in the organization. Even in organizations that have allowed informal "work at home",
there may be concerns about creating a formal program that involves a larger number of employees. The links
